Reports Overview
Aqarjia provides a suite of reports to help you monitor the financial and operational health of your property portfolio. Reports can be filtered by date range, property, and other criteria.
Available Reports
Financial Reports

| Rent Roll | A comprehensive view of all active leases with rent amounts, showing expected monthly income across your portfolio. |
| Income Statement | Total income collected over a period, broken down by property, billing type, and payment method. |
| Outstanding Balances | All unpaid invoices with aging analysis (current, 30 days, 60 days, 90+ days overdue). |
| Payment History | Detailed record of all payments received, filterable by tenant, property, and date range. |
| Deposit Summary | Status of all security deposits -- held, refunded, and forfeited -- across your portfolio. |
| Landlord Statement | Per-landlord income and expense summary for owner reporting and payout calculations. |
Operational Reports

| Lease Expiry Report | Upcoming lease expirations within a configurable time window, for renewal planning. |
| Maintenance Summary | Volume and status of maintenance requests by property, category, and priority. |
| Work Order Costs | Maintenance spending by property and contractor, with estimated vs. actual cost variance. |
| Tenant Directory | Complete listing of all tenants with contact information and lease status. |
| Property Summary | Overview of each property including unit count, occupancy, and revenue. |
Using Reports
- Navigate to Reports from the sidebar.
- Select the report you want to generate.
- Configure filters:
- Date Range -- The period to report on.
- Property -- Filter to a specific property or view all.
- Additional Filters -- Vary by report type.
- Click Generate to view the report.
Exporting
Reports can be exported for offline analysis or sharing with stakeholders. Supported export formats include PDF and Excel (XLSX).
Use the Rent Roll report at the start of each month to verify expected income. Compare it with the Payment History report at month-end to identify collection gaps.
Tips
- Run the Outstanding Balances report weekly to stay on top of collections.
- Use the Lease Expiry Report to plan renewals at least 60 days in advance.
- Share Landlord Statements monthly with property owners to maintain transparency.
- Review Maintenance Summary reports quarterly to identify properties with recurring issues.
