- Pay invoices online via KNET or Tap.
- Submit maintenance requests.
See Tenant Portal Overview for more information.
Managing Tenant Records
- Edit -- Update contact information, identification numbers, or type.
- Archive -- Soft-delete a tenant who is no longer active. Historical data (leases, payments) is preserved.
- Documents -- Upload and manage identification documents, contracts, and correspondence.
Never hard-delete a tenant record. Archiving preserves the complete audit trail for financial and legal compliance.
