Free Edition
The Free edition is designed for individual landlords or very small portfolios. It includes:

This edition is ideal for getting started with Aqarjia and evaluating the platform before committing to a paid plan.
Pro Edition
The Pro edition is built for professional property management companies. It unlocks:

- Online payments via KNET and Tap.
- Tenant Portal for tenant self-service.
- Full maintenance module with work orders and contractor management.

The Pro edition covers the needs of most property management companies in Kuwait. It is the most popular plan.
Enterprise Edition
The Enterprise edition is designed for large organizations with complex requirements:
- Unlimited properties, units, tenants, and team members.
- Extended storage for documents and files.
- Custom reports tailored to your business needs.
- API access for integration with external systems (accounting software, ERP).
- Audit logging for compliance and governance.

Choosing the Right Plan
- Individual landlord with a few properties -- start with Free.
- Growing property management company -- choose Pro.
- Large enterprise with 50+ properties or integration needs -- choose Enterprise.
You can upgrade your plan at any time from the organization settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Billing
- Plans are billed monthly or annually (annual plans include a discount).
- Prices are in KWD (Kuwaiti Dinar).
- Payment is accepted via KNET, credit card, or bank transfer.
